Shepherds Bush Christmas Stockings

The Shepherds Bush company are an American company that have been specializing in wonderful cross stitch designs for 28 years.

The Shepherds Bush Company are renowned for their Christmas stocking cross stitch patterns and kits. The company started with four original patterns and then have added a new stocking each year, alternating with a girl one year and boy one the next year.

The patterns are stitched onto 18count linen using DMC, Weeks Works and Classic Colour Works perle 5 embroidery cotton. The cross stitch stocking patterns are very easy to stitch and each pattern has an alphabet for you to easily personalize the stocking.

The cross stitch patterns can be bought separately or you can purchase a cross stitch kit that has everything included to complete the project.

Many years ago I stitched my three children a stocking each, they are adults now with their own children who now also have a Shepherds Bush stocking each, I also have one plus my husband. They all look so lovely hanging each Christmas, they all get filled and are a real talking point every Christmas with visitors to our home.
They certainly have become a true family heirloom.
